Simunye

This rural development initiative is helping the community by enabling them to build houses for themselves. Before this project came to their village they didn’t have the opportunity to live in brick houses, this means that they will have much more stable homes that are not in danger of falling apart. It also means that they don’t need to pay construction companies large sums of money to have the same thing done because you don’t need to pay for labour. And when they have finished building all their homes they can sell the bricks for money to help their community further. It also means that there is no environmental damage which is really improves the environmental situation. I think that many other poor communities should emulate this one.
